On a chilly
October night in 2007,
in the small town where Hall of Famer Carleton Fisk grew up, I decided
that I wanted to create a dot com where not only I could show my love
for the Sox, but where other Granite Staters could show their support
as well. But beyond that idea, I wanted to make my site a place where
you could find everything Red Sox instead of surfing several sites to
get the information. In December after some thought and
hard work, I finally launched www.nhredsoxnation.com. It was a lot to
learn to become a webmaster/web designer and I have a lot to
learn still. By trade I'm just a blue collar kind of guy working as a
machinist by day. I'm a husband and a father, and am lucky enough
to have a family that also loves the Sox, and support my passion for
making this site the best I can. I'm proud to say the site has been a
success as we've been featured in NH Magazine's April 2008 edition.
Fans of Kretchy and the Morning Buzz in Southern NH (Rock
101) may have heard a shout out or two on their morning commute. Upper
Valley listeners may have caught Gregg Parrato on Q106 showing us some
luv too. Without a doubt the best thing to happen to my little site is
to have an exclusive retailer sign on after NH Magazine's article. Now
anyone in the Granite State that wants to show their support can get a
t-shirt, hat, or decal for their car.
